No background in yoga is necessary, just a desire to learn. Each routine
has accompanying healthy recipies and cooking tips that can be viewed from either
the Yoga DVD, or printed from the accompanying recipe CD.
The segments are short and do-able. The recipes and herbs have healing
properties. Each DVD is focused on a set of common health concerns and
contains four yoga routines that are about 15 minutes in length. Each one
also has a yoga overview that explains some of the basic poses in detail.
