Too often today, our busy lives and short amounts of time seem
to get in the way of living a healthier life. Yoga and Food for You
was created to help you on the way to a healthier, more joyful
lifestyle through yoga and diet. To help you accomplish these goals,
our first project is two DVDS offering both yoga routines and food
recommendations
designed for today’s busy lifestyle. This DVD
is meant for any skill level. No background in yoga is necessary,
just a desire to learn. Each DVD is broken into specific health issues:
Volume 1
Overstimulation, Shoulder Tightness, Hip Tightness
and Mild Digestive issues
Volume 2
Fatigue, Mild Depression, Headaches, and Insomnia
There is also a Yoga Overview included with each DVD that explains
some of the basic poses in detail.
